BRUNO TAIT Started as a project at the interface of graphic- and light-design in the club context,
BRUNO TAIT soon became a well-known live video act, who is - through his unconventional visual experiments - famous far beyond the Cologne region.
Out of live camera footage and self produced vector worlds, Bruno Tait brings to life, a unique image choreography with much attention to details. Even though the concept VJing stands for the mixing of existing videos, BRUNO TAIT
sets much store by producing his own videos. The idea is to bring back abstract shapes and movements to it’s purest forms and showing them in a reduced minimal language of images.
BRUNO TAIT wants to visualize sounds without being loud enough to drown them.
Equally characteristic ishis engagement in activities away from the electronic music scene. Projects with Jazz and Worldmusic has taken him to far off places, anywhere from Kazakhstan to Senegal.
With the inception of the Bandbreite-ev (2004) and the organisation of the VJ-festival c/o pop (2004/2005) he is all the more part of the international VJ-network.
